Woods Architecture & Project Management were engaged to design and detail a small scale 4 unit residential development for a private client in Ballymore Eustace, Co. Kildare. The site was located at the end of an existing run of 12 houses.

 

The houses comprise an open plan kitchen, living and dining area at ground floor level accessed off an entrance hall with a ground floor toilet and utility room. 2 large bedrooms, s study and family bathroom are located on the first-floor level. A large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a storage/plant space occupy the second floor level of the dwelling.
