Woods Architecture & Project Management were engaged by a private client to design and oversee the restoration of an existing 3/4 storey victorian dwelling located in Rathgar, Dublin 6. The scheme proposed restoring and renewing the formal rooms and entrance hall at the upper ground floor level. The scheme also proposed the replanning of the garden level to provide the main living accommodation including a living room, kitchen, TV room, boot room, pantry, utility and bathroom. the upper floors contained the bedrooms, family bathroom and an office.
