Woods Architecture & Project Management successfully attained planning permission for a Primary Care Centre for a private client in the town of Roscrea. The scheme proposed the conversion of two protected stone-built industrial structures which had been previously converted to residential and retail use.

 

In addition to the conversion of the existing building to medical use, the scheme proposed the addition of a new two-storey central spine connecting the existing buildings, forming a new entrance to the centre and providing public access and waiting along the length of the centre
