Woods Architecture & Project Management were engaged to prepare a masterplan for a proposed residential estate at the southern fringe of the town of Blessington on the Kildare / Wicklow border.

The proposed scheme comprised a mix of townhouse style, semi-detached and detached three and four-bedroom homes with generous private open space and a number of public open spaces, the scheme also incorporated several shared spaces adjacent to the public spaces.
